- Unpack the mattress. Roll it out on the bed or floor and cut the plastic. Flip the mattress on the opposite for an hour. Now, flip and choose your comfort side. Enjoy your sleep.
- Do not fold or roll the mattress. Doing so might cause the mattress to go out of shape.
- Do not use detergents or dry cleaning to clean your mattress. Use a damp cloth and vacuuming for cleaning.
- Do not sit on the edges of the mattress or keep heavy objects over it.
- Do make sure that you always use a sturdy high-quality bed frame of appropriate size.
- Do not lay your mattress on an uneven surface. Do not keep anything under your mattress

After 9 months of use.Excellent value for money product.
Readily breaks the cliche "memory foam mattress is a costly affair".
Don't know the science behind it though, but my backache has subsided since I have been using it.
Recommended: better purchase a cover preferably water-resistant for this.
Almost nine month using this , no complaints till date.

Go for it, Awesome matress!Its a really awesome matress. I went to quite a few shops to get new matress. But some were nice. Still they was charging at really high price. And was giving me goodies like pillow. Which were not even good. So i researched and found many good reviews about Fresh Up Mattresses.
Customer support is also very helpful. They were always reachable for any query.
I am writting this review after 2.5+ months.

- Supports body very well. Doesn't give the sinking feel.
- It is medium firm.
-My size was a little different from the regular size, their team followed up for size confirmation ang guided me with the right way to measure. Got the exact size delivered..
- After receiving, they followed up to know if the mattress was regaining its shape and told that it takes 24-48 hrs for original shape to reappear.

fresh up mattress is Very comfortable mattressesBought this due to fast delivery was available on this as i was needed urgent and had all the required features such as memory foam mattress, in budget and 10yrs warranty...Using this mattress since 8 months no problems faced till now like heat during summer or loosing shape like few other people said getting very comfortable sleep whole night will edit my review if i faced any problem in matters or their customer service as of now they are very responsive.

The matteress you want to come home toBought 2 of these in the past 3 months. Did a fair bit of reading and saw the reviews before finally ordering the first one and wasn't disappointed. Took a few days to get used to but then it's that kind of matteress you can rely on for a comfortable, sound sleep. The delivery was prompt and the pre and post-delivery services were professional. Great Mattress.Indeed a good mattress, but the customer support team is THE BEST.
Coming to the mattress review, it is a fairly good product and is medium on the firmness part.
We used to think that a very firm mattress is needed for a good sleep, but this mattress has proved us wrong. It is quite good, it works well for us.

good bed mattressBuying mattress online for the 1st time. Though I was reluctant for a few days, I went ahead to place an order, since there was a free replacement after using this for about 120 days, if we aren't completely satisfied.
To my surprise, the mattress was delivered within 3-5 days after placing the order and customer care double checked my requirements. Even after the mattress was delivered, customer care contacted me within a month and instructed on how to effectively use the mattress. As it promises, the mattress isn't too soft or too hard. You get a relaxed sleep after a tiring day and you wake up fresh in the morning. My mom's back pain has reduced drastically. After an year, the mattress still feels like new and no issues whatsoever. Good for people look with semi-hard mattressesI am using the bed mattress for well about 2 weeks now, and it is the best decision ever. Great quality, super comfortable, affordable too. Only have good things to say about this product.
Also, I noticed that I haven't been facing any back pain from quite some time and it's helping fix my posture. (might just be me, but that's what I've experienced).

comfortable double bed mattressBought this after doing some research. Was a bit skeptical initially because there weren't many reviews when I placed the order.
Now coming to the mattress. I used to have a foam mattress and eventually it started giving me body aches especially my back every time I woke up in the morning. The Fresh up memory foam Mattress is excellent in that department as I have been getting good sleep without any body pain. The mattress is not extremely soft but medium firm. You can comfortably sit on it without any issues as well.
Only con if you could nitpick is that we do not get a removable cover unlike most of the mattresses right now. I don't exactly find that as an inconvenience.
The bonus is that you get 2 pillows along with the mattress.
If you are looking for a good and medium-firm mattress which isn't that expensive, this would be a good option to consider.Posted on

Amazingly comfortable and totally upto my expectationt has been 1 week that i have been using this mattress. I wanted to take time before writing any review so that i can give a fair judgement. The mattress is amazing at its price, i cannot say enough. Not only is the soft side comfortable, even the firm side is as comfortable. Even from day 1 i had no complaints at all. Plus, the customer service, they called and confirmed with me if the size i ordered is what matches my bed size and also the color requirements. It was delivered pretty fast and i still can’t believe how such a huge mattress was packed into that little box. Awesome technology. All in all, it was a grat buy for me. I rate it a 5/5.

Good productValue for money product. I got it at a steal price. Its comfortable to sleep on. Does not give any back pain. The firness is just right. Memory foam layer is not very thick. But i feel it will sag in a few months if some obese person sleeps regularly on it.

Father and Son both happy!My son wanted a hotel type very softy springy comfy mattress and I was worried about back issues for such bouncy mattresses .Well the mattress has very good back support though also quite comfy and son seems to be very happy with the mattress even though it is not that very deep sinking hotel Wala feel.My only issue-teenage son used to getup at noon and now gets up at 3pm.LOL

worth every penny.I work for a MNC and continuous sitting at a place makes the body very uncomfortable. I had some serious issue of back pain and found it very difficult to sleep at night. A best combo at best pricei purchased it size is 75x60x6" this is no less than any best range mattress available in the market, stiffness, firmness and comfortness offered by the memory foam are of premium level. I had spondylosis issues that was the main reason for looking to buy mattress. Trust me i had great relief after using this mattress.

ComfortableThis is very comfortable. Not too soft neither hard. I suggest this if you are having backaches or neck related issues.
One major issue with this or every memory foam is. It absorbs heat, so if you are not able to keep the tempt. Of room cool the whole day. You will be seating like hell while sleeping.Posted on

Absolutely wonderful!Was very apprehensive buying what is essentially a new idea and from what looks like a startup. Maybe I was deal hunting, but boy is this good.
1. The memory foam side is very supple, I often do not wake up till the morning.
2. I do not realise when my wife tosses and turns, added bonus.
3. Can sleep on the side without body pains
4. The joy of sinking into a mattress is superb.
I got the 6 inch one, do note, while it is not as soft as a hotel mattress, it is just perfect, the right amount of soft.

Very comfortable, back-friendly and elegantWas surprised when I received the roll, it was quite thin. When I set it on the flat floor for about 8 hours, the mattress came to life.

Excellent Service and ProductI have purchased fresh Up 79x74x6 inches mattress, mattress water proof cover and also 2 pairs of memory foam pillows. Trust me they all are far more better in terms of quality, comfort and services. The customer service really takes care of its customers after sales. I purchased this during the summers and no sweating at all. I was concerned about the heating part as people told me that memory foam tends to heat up. But this one doesn’t. The firmness of this mattress is also appropriate.

Absolutely worth the money.First of all, I got the product delivered way before the expected date and was customized according to my timing. So, shoutout to you guys for that.
